- Field applications and implementation of different IPM methods and pest control operation and activities
- Field surveys and pest monitoring operations
- Inspection, data gathering, documentation and task reporting
- Preparation of chemicals and doses under direct supervision of team leader Spray, fog, bait and trap to control pests
- Inspect sites and premises, determine problem and implement the most effective solution
- Receive work orders and work requests, determine nature of the problem and undertake necessary actions
- Ensure safety of the public while performing duties
- Operate with safety the spraying equipment, bait gun, power fogger and various power and hand tools in performance of duties
- Maintain records and files and prepares reports on activities
- Keep an updated knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations governing pesticide application
- Perform related work as required and assigned by the supervisor
Minimum Quallifications:
- High School Certificate
- Able to understand Arabic and English
- 0-1 year of relevant experience
- Supervise of specialized pest control operation teams
- Supervise the field applications of pest control activities
- Strictly follow up the prescribed IPM and approved work plan, control plans in field operations
- Field supervision of application to ensure quality services implementations.
- Prepare daily pest control applied activities reports
- Submit field collected samples to the pest control research laboratory with full required information
- Reports, records, documents any observations and provide recommendation
- Report to the area operations manager
- Make recommendation for repairs and request major repairs be made to prevent or control infestation by pests
- Order and maintain materials and supplies
- Supervise to operate power spray equipment to apply chemical treatments at sites
- Maintain records of inspections and treatments
- Make direct presentations or education to the public during treatments to advise them on the purpose, hazards and safety of pesticide treatments
Minimum Quallifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science, Public Health, or any Environmental Studies.
- Dubai Public Health License
- Speaking Arabic and English
- 1-3 years’ experience in pest control operation
